Are you nervous about missing the big event?  It can be a stressful time, with concerns about your mare's safety, the new foal and of course the general excitement of a birth.

It can also be an expensive time. 

That is why we offer the Foal birth alarm for rent or for purchase.  This alarm is very reliable, easy and cost effective to use.  It is non invasive for your horse, and you can put it on your horse yourself (no need for more vet bills).  The alarm attaches to the bridle or to a girth and is set off by a very specific type of movement your mare does only when starting labour.  The alarm sends a message to up to 2 mobile phones or to your landline.

You do not need wi-fi, but you must have mobile phone reception.  You will also need to purchase a cheap SIM card (available very cheaply from any supermarket).

Nearly all of our customers opt for the Birth Alarm Lite, which is very reliable and easy to use.

If you would like to rent the alarm, it costs £50/week up to a total of £200.  To purchase, the alarm costs £379.
