The Saphir offers you all the freedom you need, either in your veterinary surgery or outside in the barn or stable. It is supplied with two high capacity batteries, a charger unit and a #10 blade that clips to 1.8mm. This light weight clipper or powerful trimmer takes all the standard A5 snap on blades. It is largely targeted to veterinary practises, dog groomers of used for showing horses. However, it is becoming increasingly popular with anyone looking for a reliable trimmer that can cope with regular use. It will take time and effort to clip a full horse with the Saphir and it will only clip a horse with fine hair.
This is a powerful, rechargeable trimmer (or very light weight clipper) designed for all-day use. Thanks to the lithium-ionic battery technology, there is no need for power cord at all. The clipper will run continuously for one hour with a fully charged battery and the recharging time is less than 45 minutes.
