Use for a very dense coat or a very dirty matted coat.
This blade is also used for clipping beef and dairy cattle.

We say :  The coarse blade leaves as much hair behind as the medium blade but due to the lower tooth count on the blade this will be a lot more "tuffty".
Do not use this blade unless you need to ....... it does not leave a very smart finish.
