100 Metre Mains Electric Fence Kit

This kit has everything you need to set up a 2 strand electric fence of up to 100 metres, powered by the Mains. The only thing you may need to add is High Voltage Lead Out Cable, available in 10m, 25m, 50m and 100m to get from your mains outlet to the start of your fence. For larger fences, add more fence posts and tape. This energiser will power a 2 strand fence of up to 800 metres with medium vegetation.
This is a good quality kit. The tape is made in the UK and the energiser and the posts are made in Germany. Recently there have been many cheap electric fence imports, with weak plastic and steel and this impacts the performance of the fence (the posts bend and become brittle and the tape snaps).

- 200 metres of 12mm electric fence tape in white or green with 5 x 0.2mm stainless steel conductors.

More Information on the Tape
This tape is ideal for small fences and also for windy locations as it does not have the 'sail affect' of wider tape. It has 5 x 0.2mm Stainless Steel Conductors, allowing excellent conductivity for small fences.
More Information on the Hercules Energiser
This is a great value mains energiser. It can power up to 10km of fencing, although 7km is a more realistic length. It has a good power output meaning it is suitable for most animals.

As with most mains energisers, you will need lead out wire to connect the energiser to your fence. This is not included with the kit because the distance of your mains energiser to your fence and earth stake will vary depending on your set up.
